MARYLAND AGENTS AWARDED TOP HONORS BY PRUDENTIAL REAL ESTATE

SEVERNA PARK, MD. -- Three Prudential Carruthers REALTORS® sales associates were named winners of the "Top Dollar Sales Production" award for the state of Maryland by The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. The award winners were: first place, Mark Fritschle, of the Ocean City office, second place, John Collins, of the Annapolis West office, and third place, Marc Goldstein, with the Wasserman Team of the Pikesville office.

The award is presented quarterly to the top three Prudential Real Estate sales associates in each region with the highest residential sales volume.

Winners of the "Top Closed Residential Units" award for Maryland were: first place, Mark Fritschle, Ocean City office, second place, Marc Goldstein, Pikesville office, and third place, Georgeanna Garceau, of the Harford County office.

This award is presented quarterly to the top three associates with the highest number of closed residential units.
