Vienna is an attractive suburban community featuring a pleasant mix of old and new homes. A town rich in history; the first house was built in 1787.

Located in the North Eastern portion of Fairfax County and within the Washington DC metropolitan area, Vienna is an established town. It is one of only 3 towns in Northern Virginia that has maintained its distinctive small town friendliness, community spirit, and widely cherished traditional values. This hometown atmosphere is evident by the full slate of community events held throughout the year. These include Viva Vienna Town Festival, a large scale 4th of July celebration, the annual Halloween parade as well as a variety of antique and craft shows held at the Community Center. Commuters use the metro-rail for a quick 30-minute trip to the Nation’s Capital, bicycle along the 100-foot wide, 42-mile long Washington and Old Dominion Trail and shop at the Tyson’s Corner Malls that are within 3 miles of the town line.
