Dave Eaton brings over 25 years of real estate experience to his office in Oakton, Virginia. He holds an engineering degree from Northeastern University, but found his real interest in real estate.

Dave graduated from the Advanced Real Estate Manager 501 Program, sponsored by the Top Dozen real estate companies in the United States, and has attended numerous national real estate courses.

Over the years, he has managed real estate offices for some of the largest companies in Northern Virginia. He greatly increased the size and production at each office, and received the Office of the Year and Manager of the Year awards from several. As manager of Prudential Carruthers Oakton office, he tripled the size of the office and quadrupled the sales volume over a four-year period.
