Tom Baker began his real estate career in 1979 after being involved in academia for a number of years recruiting students, alumni, and donors for college. When starting in real estate his training was extensive. "Here's the phone, good luck," he was told. At that point he made a decision, that if he were ever in a leadership position, he would be sure his agents were trained so they would be successful immediately.

As Manager of the Lake Ridge office, he has made sure the agents in his office receive the needed training, coaching and support to reach their full potential. Many new licensees have become very productive agents under his supervision.

With Tom at the helm, the office has just about doubled its' production each year. He has a very strong vision for the next 3 - 5 years. His goal is to prove that he can have a very powerful office in their marketplace without having 80 - 90 agents just taking up desk space.
