The Elkton Office is located on Pulaski Highway (Route 40) just east of Route 213 in Cecil County Since we are minutes from Delaware and Pennsylvania, we not only service the needs of our clients in Cecil, Kent and Harford Counties, we also work in New Castle County, Delaware and Chester County, Pennsylvania. Our specialties include residential, water-oriented and commercial properties.

Our manager, Paul Wildey, has been actively involved in real estate sales and management since 1981. In 1998 Paul received the New Castle County Board of Realtors Community Service Award, was Realtor of the Year in 1992 and Realtor-Associate of the year for the State of Delaware in 1985. Paul is licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware and has earned the designations of GRI and CRS. Paul was certified by the Delaware Real Estate Commission to be an instructor in prelicensing and continuing education for real estate agents. With his development of specialized marketing techniques and the personal attention he provided homeowners and home buyers, Paul has a proven track record of successful sales techniques and the patience necessary to guide other agents to meet their goals.
